Very clean and tidy little place. Looks very new inside. Near the airport with 200 Skylink a 10min walk away and the 931 Citylink bus stop across the road. Perfect for my one night stay to catch a flight in the morning. Room very spacious, but had a little bit of noise from facing out to the busy main road. Good value for money.
Excellent service I have enjoyed there. The landlord lady is so nice to help me solve the traveling route issue, help me with the problem. The room is clean. I really enjoyed living there for my holiday.

Guesthouse d'arrivée/départ pratique, pas très loin de l'aéroport, avec parking et avec un système de code pour les chambres permettant d'arriver tard. Chambres très petites mais propre et confortable. Un peu cher mais par rapport aux tarifs pratiqués à Edimbourg en haute saison c'est honnête.
We stayed here for 5 days, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, shower great ,it was also nice and quiet , staff very friendly and helpful, perfect location for Edinburgh city centre…However there was absolutely no where to put our clothes, we had to live out of our suitcases, instead of blank walls it would have been better to put shelves, hooks or something to put clothes on,also no where to put toiletries in the bathroom, tv was in a strange position so couldn’t really watch it ,the continental breakfast was very basic & stale, not great, we ended up finding a cafe for our breakfasts ,if you just want somewhere clean and basic this is perfect
We stayed there for three nights, was close to bus stops to get around on the busses. The room was a good size, the whole place was nice and clean as it had been done up not long ago. The breakfast was basic but was really nice with a range of cereals, yogurt, bread to toast, croissants, fresh fruit, juices and hot drinks. The eating area where the breakfast was had a guest fridge, microwave, toaster and plates and cutlery. There was a jug, cups, tea, coffee and milk in the room. The lady was really helpful, friendly and nice. Loved staying there and would recommend it.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera al piano terra di dimensioni ridotte: con due bagagli aperti lo spazio diventava molto ristretto. Nonostante ciò, il letto a castello si è rivelato comodo e abbiamo dormito bene. Il bagno, seppur compatto, era ben pulito e fornito di asciugacapelli e prodotti per l'igiene. La posizione è strategica: proprio di fronte all'ostello si trova la fermata dell'autobus con collegamenti ogni 5 minuti verso il centro città. Il rumore del traffico della strada adiacente è però percettibile. La colazione offre una buona varietà per iniziare al meglio la giornata. L'host si è dimostrata cortese, anche se poco responsiva nelle comunicazioni pre-arrivo.
